Making Waves

This is my most recent piece.  It measures 13″ by 17″.  I have wanted to make a piece that required bending metal.  I made a tool to bend metal up to 1/4″.  With practice, I could make the bends smooth and control them to my liking.  This piece is made in aluminum and combines the elements by welding.

The end result felt like the moving of waves to me.
